Healthy Little Note: Issue #49

Hi there!

Hope you had a great weekend! I've already eaten way too much Halloween candy this weekend - I think I may need to go on a sugar strike until Halloween hits. Anyone with me?

Speaking of Halloween... what are your littles going to be this year? My daughter is going to be a fairy and my son a Minecraft Creeper! Pics to come...

... And guess what follows the weekend after Halloween!?! The dreaded end of Daylight Savings where your littles will be waking up an hour earlier. EEEK!

Don't fret (I know, easier said than done) - I have a few tips to help you with this transition.

Let's do this!

* * *

1. TURNING BACK THAT CLOCK

I remember dreading this time change when my littles were babies. I had such a good thing going with sleep, and the end of Daylight Savings really messed things up.

Well, not completely. It was only for a few days - especially because we had a good thing going already.

The best thing to do is go in with a plan. I lay out some options for you in this article. And also some other things to think about in this post.

If you want to talk more about your specific situation, we have a special offer for a 20 min consult for $30 where we can put a plan together for the end of Daylight Savings and help guide you with expectations. Sometimes it's just good to talk these things out!

Don't see a time that works for you? Let me know and we'll find one!

2. WHERE TO FIND ME NEXT...

TWO SPOTS LEFT IN THE NEWBORN CLASS!

At the end of the week on October 25th, you can find me at Beverly Hills Pediatrics for another talk on Newborn Sleep AND Younger Baby/Toddler Sleep (as young as 5mos+). Make sure you sign up here!

Can't make these local sleep talks and wish you could? Get on the list for the next live sleep talk with me.

AND If you have some questions of your own... I've got ya - go here to schedule a FREE 15-minute call with me or Nicole, and we can chat about it!

OR as always, just reply to this email with any questions you have, and I'll be happy to answer.

Well, that's it for this issue!

Hope you enjoyed it and I'd LOVE if you shared it with your friends on social media or spread the word on the local Mommy gossip circuit - thanks!

Susie
