This one hour phone consultation is perfect for parents seeking advice on a particular area of sleep, behavior, or parenting in general.

The hour consult is also designed for current and returning clients who would like additional support either with their package or down the road. 

For returning clients, this phone support may also be split between:

2 (30 min) or 4 (15 min)

Please note that there is no sleep or behavior plan written out with this support package.

The hour package is good for 3 months.

The package of 5 sessions is good for 1 year.
